Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: June 19, 2026
This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for the GAM & Google Workspace Companion macOS app ("GAM GUI"), published by Hal Carrell (Texas, USA).
30-day money-back guarantee
If GAM GUI doesn't work for you, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase. We honor this guarantee for any reason within the 30-day window — no need to justify your decision.
How to request a refund
Email stormer72@icloud.com with the subject line "Refund request" and include:
- Your order number or receipt, and
- The license key associated with the purchase, and
- The email address used at checkout.
We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 1–2 business days.
How refunds are processed
Purchases are handled by our payment processors — Lemon Squeezy (merchant of record) and, for some purchases, Gumroad. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method through the processor that handled your order. Once approved, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Subscription cancellations
If you purchased a monthly subscription, you can cancel at any time:
- Use the manage-subscription / cancel link in your purchase receipt or processor email (Lemon Squeezy or Gumroad), or
- Email stormer72@icloud.com and we'll help you cancel.
When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be billed again. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial subscription periods, but the 30-day money-back guarantee above still applies to your most recent charge.
Lifetime / one-time licenses
One-time ("lifetime") purchases are covered by the same 30-day money-back guarantee. After 30 days, lifetime licenses are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer-protection law.
